Fontana Dam – I remember it well! We came out of the Smokies (we were going south) to Fontana Dam. There’s a very nice shelter there, and a shower house. Plus a former hiker cooking hot dogs and pancakes for us!
I missed Bridalveil falls, though. I’ll have to go back sometime!
